Freight Brokerage Sales Leader — Player‑Coach

Precision Freight is seeking an experienced Freight Brokerage Sales Manager to lead and develop our Account Executives and Business Development Representatives while continuing to personally drive new shipper acquisition. This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will set expectations, coach the sales team, review pipelines, help close opportunities, hold salespeople accountable for activity, revenue and gross margin, and maintain your own active sales pipeline. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gopfc
