Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide therapy sessions that address a range of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief and loss, substance abuse, and adjustment issues post-separation.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for couples, incorporating individual therapy as needed to enhance the overall treatment experience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies and techniques to help patients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and foster healthier relationships.

• Document progress notes and treatment updates for continuous care and adherence to practice policies.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to contribute to a collegial and supportive work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, addressing the needs of both adults and children/adolescents. Our patients often seek assistance for issues such as family dysfunction, job-related stress, relationship conflicts, and adjustment to life changes, including separation or divorce. A crucial part of this role will involve creating a safe space for individuals and families to explore their emotional struggles and work towards resolution.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions and measuring their outcomes effectively.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting mental health and wellbeing.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience dealing with family dynamics, particularly with blended families and relationship transitions.

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically within the outpatient mental health field.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
