Location: Fully onsite role located in Columbus, OH Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Office Manager to support daily operations and HR‑related functions for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR and office administration background who enjoys being the go‑to person, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll Administer 401(k) plans and health insurance benefits Manage onboarding and offboarding, including HR documentation and system updates Support hiring activities including writing job descriptions, recruiting support, and preparing offer letters Handle general administrative and office management duties as needed, including coordinating events and managing supplies Required Qualifications Prior HR experience including payroll and 401k administration Proven background in office administration or office management Positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
