The ideal candidate will create an engaging classroom environment, integrate Catholic values throughout the curriculum, and collaborate effectively with the community. They will have a background in elementary education, with expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. Responsibilities Plan and deliver rigorous, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction in all core Grade 4 subjects. Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily lessons and classroom community. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress regularly and provide timely, individualized feedback. Communicate consistently and professionally with parents/guardians. Participate in school-wide activities, liturgies, and professional development. Maintain accurate records consistent with school and diocesan policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values required; practicing Catholic preferred. Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for working with children. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor degree preferred.
