Job Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Murray Hill location. Care Coordinators support patient care by welcoming and valuing patients while controlling the flow of appointments, responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. They guide patients through our out‑of‑network experience and greet every patient with a smile, delivering 5‑star customer service. A collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need. Responsibilities Support patient care and welcome patients. Control appointment flow. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, always within 24 hours. Guide patients through out‑of‑network experience. Greet patients with a smile and execute 5‑star customer service. Foster a community environment for patients and team members. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow. BA/BS degree preferred, not required. Benefits One Medical paid membership.
