The Gregg Englebreth Agency is hiring a sales-dominant Account Manager to drive new business, expand the current book, and lead meaningful coverage conversations that turn into closed policies.

This is a production-focused role designed for a competitive, goal-oriented professional who thrives on prospecting, cross-selling, and closing. You will work warm leads, generate outbound opportunities, conduct policy reviews, and convert conversations into revenue. Service matters — but growth is the priority.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
• Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
• Strengthen client relationships to increase retention and referrals
• Track pipeline activity and production metrics
• Collaborate with team members to exceed office sales goals

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting

If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1

Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided

• Comfortable handling both warm and cold sales activity
• Organized, disciplined, and performance-focused
• Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
