Salary: $99,300 - 133,608 per year Requirements:

• We require 10 years of recent professional experience developing and enhancing applications with tools and languages such as Visual Studio, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, MWM or MVC, WPF, ADO, WCF, and JSON.
• We require 10 years of recent professional experience writing and querying database code with T-SQL, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.
• We require 10 years of recent professional experience performing unit testing.
• We require 10 years of recent professional experience applying development standards in a managed environment.
• We need the ability to take initiative in learning and professional growth.
• We need the ability to respond effectively to the needs of others.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a closely related field may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
• An associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a closely related field may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• We prefer at least 1 year of experience working on an Agile Scrum team.
• We will also consider applicants who can work in Washington State now or in the future and who can provide proof of work authorization without employer sponsorship.

• We develop technology roadmaps for highly complex systems with significant statewide or multi-agency impact, ensuring alignment with our technical architecture.
• We design, build, and implement solutions using Microsoft .NET, Transact SQL, SQL Server, Java, SaaS, and COTS technologies while meeting agency and industry standards.
• We align application architecture, development teams, and technical solutions to support delivery.
• We lead efforts to resolve technical and production issues quickly and effectively.
• We coordinate across multiple technical teams to implement fixes and address technology problems.
• We mentor other systems developers in solving complex technical challenges.
• We troubleshoot issues across environment, platform, software, and hardware to keep releases on schedule.
• We develop and maintain software applications, interfaces, and web services.
• We advise management by helping coordinate work items across multiple applications.
• We analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues both independently and as a team lead.
• We participate in Incident Response and Problem Management to identify solutions.
• We use the software development lifecycle to plan, analyze, design, develop, and test applications and interfaces.
• We research emerging technologies and determine how and when to adopt them.
