Are you a business savvy individual with an excellent ability to lead a team? Are you looking for an opportunity to grow with an established company? If so, you may be a fit for the Branch Team Leader role!
As a Branch Team Leader for our Milwaukee North office, you will be responsible for making your branch profitable. You will use your business acumen to set goals for your branch while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
-Branch Profitability
-Hire and retain branch personnel
-Manage relationships with employees and clients
-Review branch statistics weekly
-Recruit candidates and fill manufacturing positions
-Work with surrounding offices and leaders
Qualifications include:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-At least 3-5 years sales/marketing experience (preferably in the staffing industry)
-Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office
-Ability to multitask with above average customer service skills
