Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $24-$26 depending on experience

Shift: 9am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate logistics and fulfillment activities
• Schedule carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce FIFO
• Supervise warehouse staff and drivers

What's Needed?

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years warehouse supervisor experience preferred
• Experience with shipping systems and logistics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to process and enter shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other carrier web-based systems
