SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead (S/4HANA / SAC / Datasphere)

job summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead to guide the reporting and analytics workstream for a large-scale Grocery SAP implementation program. In this role, you will lead client blueprint workshops, evaluate standard SAP reporting capabilities against business requirements, and design custom RICEFW reporting solutions across key functional domains.

responsibilities:

• Lead reporting blueprint workshops across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Master Data teams.
• Perform fit/gap analysis between business requirements and standard SAP S/4HANA reports or Datasphere data products.
• Document RICEFW reporting requirements, functional specifications, complexity assessments, and business cases.
• Architect reporting solutions utilizing SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BDC/Datasphere platforms.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience leading SAP reporting and analytics blueprint workstreams on S/4HANA programs.

Direct hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Fiori Analytics, and SAP Datasphere / BDC.

Solid understanding of SAP functional processes and data structures in Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Willingness to travel onsite to Charlotte, NC for 1-2 weeks per month (travel/expenses covered).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Domain experience within Retail, Grocery, or Store Operations environments.

Knowledge of SAP Joule AI reporting integrations.
