Java Software Developer (LATAM)

Job Title
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: [X] years of experience in Java development, including experience with Java SE and Java EE.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
- Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Commons.
- Database: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with experience in database design and integration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Tools: Familiarity with development tools and version control systems such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
- APIs & Web Services: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services integration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
