Team Leader – Not Licensed At Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, we offer a supportive team environment and career growth opportunities. Salary and Hours Salary: $67,000–$72,000; full time 40 hours per week; Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Location 506 3rd Street, Hoboken, NJ. Position Overview Assumes supervisory, clinical, and administrative responsibilities in the PACT Program, acting as a coach for the PACT Team. Provides assessment and direct service to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, while participating in case management and adherence to regulatory standards. Essential Job Functions Lead clinical and administrative supervision, monitoring and assessment of mental health status of people served and related variables. Develop comprehensive assessment plans, coordinate assessments, and individual service plans; ensure timely, quality documentation meeting DMHAS/Medicaid standards. Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and direction, emphasizing peer supervision and monthly individual supervision. Conduct side‑by‑side sessions with staff, family, and service recipients; facilitate monthly structured meetings for performance and training goals. Promote cross‑training and education, ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Administer medication education, coordinate medication monitoring and side‑effects. Coordinate services with community and medical providers; manage case review meetings monthly. Offer consult or referral beyond scope, including writing waivers. Respond to crisis situations and provide 24‑hour on‑call coverage. Teach daily living skills, employment/education support, and supervise utilization of agency resources. Support families and networks to manage symptoms, reduce stress, and promote wellness. Apply evidence‑based practices (motivational interviewing, IDDT, CBT, IMR, Trauma‑Informed Care, Permanent Supportive Housing, Career Development). Responsibilities Collect and monitor outcomes, utilization, and quality assurance data. Communicate with PACT Director for team functioning and service delivery. Model strong leadership, community involvement, and PACT principles. Coordinate data collection, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with DMHAS/Medicaid standards. Develop and maintain a high‑performance team climate. Facilitate decision‑making and budgeting for transportation, communication, and medication assistance. Oversee billing, Units of Service goals, and other contractual requirements. Review chart documentation for quality and schedule staff performance appraisals. Make judgments and decisions impacting people, costs, and quality of service. Maintain clear role expectations, team norms, and respectful interactions. Conduct monthly team issue meetings on conflict resolution, cohesion, and dynamic interaction. Education and License Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related area required. At least 2 years post‑Bachelor’s experience with individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness. Driver’s License and Vehicle Valid driver’s license required. No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months. Vehicle required.
