Remote Customer Service Representative (NJ Residents Only)

Work From Home | New Jersey

$18.00/hr English | $19.00/hr Bilingual English/Spanish

What You'll Do:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide healthcare enrollment support

Assist consumers with applications, account updates, and eligibility questions

Document interactions accurately in company systems

Handle high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy

Escalate issues when necessary and follow established procedures

Qualifications:
✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ At least 6 months of customer service experience

✅ Strong computer and data entry skills

✅ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

✅ Call center experience is a plus

✅ Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply

Training Requirements:
Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST for 3 weeks

Attendance is mandatory during training and nesting

Camera must remain on during training sessions

No planned absences during the first 6 weeks of employment

Equipment Requirements:
Windows 10 or newer PC

Minimum 8GB RAM
Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or better)

Reliable wired high-speed internet (no cellular internet)

Wired headset
Smartphone for authentication

Second monitor required

Important Notes:
Must reside in New Jersey

Candidates must attend a Realistic Job Preview before receiving an offer

Flexible availability required after training, including evenings and some weekends during
Open Enrollment season
