Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTransferring data from various formats into computer files or database systemsTyping in data provided directly from customersCreating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakesVerify data by comparing it to source documentsUpdate existing dataRetrieve data from the database or electronic files as requestedPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationSort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lostOther duties, as assigned.EDUCATION & TRAININGHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence CertificateKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years’ experience in transportation billingPrevious service and billing experience preferredSKILLS & ABILITIESMust have the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to type a minimum of 35-40 correct words per minuteStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to follow instructionsMust be conscience of safety procedures and securityWORK ENVIRONMENT• Office-based environment depending on company policy.• May require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet operational demands.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
