This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, in particular General Liability, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre‑Suit Attorneys make mission‑critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world‑class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise attorneys who are new to the field. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6‑10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 1+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre‑lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits For full‑time employees, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
