This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated mid-level attorney to help continue growing a thriving Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on complex estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and advanced estate planning vehicles.
• Provide sophisticated wealth preservation and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings, fiduciary accounting, and post-mortem tax planning.
• Advise on business succession planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
• Assist with fiduciary litigation, will contests, and contested trust matters when needed.
• Collaborate with clients' other advisors (CPAs, financial planners, etc.) to deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the Naples practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of substantive experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation matters (Florida experience strongly preferred).
• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next exam).
• Demonstrated ability to manage client matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-service orientation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and interest in long-term career growth.
