Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with outstanding academic credentials and proven experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive both as part of a collaborative team and independently managing cases from start to finish. Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law. Key Responsibilities Manage cases from inception through resolution. Conduct factual investigations and legal research. Draft memos, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses. Research case law, statutes, and regulations. Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions. Handle all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery. Assist in trial preparation and participate in hearings/trials. Support business development and client relationship efforts. Practice Highlights Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team provides strategic counsel on a wide range of complex matters, including: Business and commercial disputes Construction litigation Trade secret and unfair competition claims Environmental and land use disputes Trust and estate litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Qualifications Conscientious and detail-oriented, able to manage a high caseload under tight deadlines. Self-starter who works well independently while embracing collaboration. Strong interpersonal and client communication skills. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical ability. Ambitious, professional, and motivated to grow within the firm. Skills 3-7 years of civil litigation experience (business, commercial, and/or construction). Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with proven ability to produce effective work product. Strong legal research skills. Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
