What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• State licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Strong background in pediatric, early childhood, and elementary school settings
• Enthusiasm for serving students with varying needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to different caseloads and school environments

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing progress reviews
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students across a range of abilities
