Insurance Sales Rep

Full-Time | In Office | Monday - Friday

$40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $70,000+ First-Year Earning Potential

Diamond Guard Insurance is growing, and we're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to build relationships, overcome objections, and close business.

We provide a steady flow of internet-generated sales opportunities, a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and the training and coaching to help you succeed. You bring the drive, discipline, and sales experience.

Sales experience is required, but insurance experience is not. We'll teach you the insurance industry and help you get licensed.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Bedford, TX.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through company-provided internet leads and inbound opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Prepare quotes, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales
• Follow up consistently and manage your sales pipeline
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Meet sales goals and continuously improve your skills

Requirements

We're looking for proven salespeople, not necessarily experienced insurance agents.

• Demonstrated experience closing sales and achieving measurable goals
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
• Self-disciplined, accountable, and coachable
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to work full-time in our Bedford, TX office

No prior insurance experience or license required.
