As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support student learning and growth in partner public schools. Working on a diverse team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, assist with classroom activities, and offer consistent mentoring that builds students’ confidence and engagement. You’ll collaborate with teachers to track progress, reinforce key skills, and lead enrichment or after-school programs.
