Job Description

The Sales Consultant Auto Sales plays a vital role in driving the success of our used vehicle sales by actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and closing deals. As part of a dynamic sales team, this position requires frequent customer interaction and consistently meeting monthly sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Negotiate sales terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly quotas

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in automotive sales
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Familiarity with CRM software
Strong customer service skills
Effective time management abilities
