Key Responsibilities
- Manage full escrow workflow including file opening, title review, curative coordination, document preparation, funding, and disbursement
- Maintain and expand an existing book of business through strong service and relationship management
- Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth closings and timely updates
- Prepare settlement statements, closing packages, and all required documentation with accuracy
- Conduct signings and ensure compliance with Texas title regulations
- Uphold company standards for service, accuracy, and turnaround times
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all regulatory and ethical requirements
Qualifications
- Active Texas Escrow Officer license
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in residential title and escrow
- Proven book of business with consistent monthly production
- Strong understanding of Texas title processes, curative steps, and closing procedures
- Ability to manage high volume with accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with title production systems and escrow software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
