Maintain a high‑energy salon environment and ensure every client leaves with a smile. Coach and mentor the team to sharpen their skills. Manage day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and all administrative tasks. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with grace and professionalism.
