Position Type: Part-Time to Hybrid (15–30 hours/week, flexible with evening/weekend event hours)

About the Role

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a high-energy Local Partnerships & Event Coordinator to drive B2B revenue, corporate wellness perks, and high-impact experiential pop-ups across our West U and Sugar Land locations.

This is not a desk-bound social media gig. You will be out in the Houston community networking with boutique fitness studios, medspas, luxury residential properties, and local business owners, securing cross-promotions, and turning local foot traffic into recurring members. If you’re a natural relationship-builder, a tenacious outbound "hunter," and someone who thrives on live event execution, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• B2B Outbound & Local Partnerships: Cold-outreach, drop in, and build high-value referral loops with local business owners, boutique fitness managers, and neighborhood leaders.

• Pop-Up & Event Execution: Pitch, plan, and execute high-converting on-site and off-site pop-up events that generate immediate brand awareness and bookings.

• Corporate & VIP Outreach: Secure group bookings, bridal/private event inquiries, and corporate wellness partnerships with local employers.

• Front-Bar Immersion (Strategic): Spend designated shifts engaging clients face-to-face at the counter to convert experiential traffic into loyal members.

• ROI & Pipeline Tracking: Own outreach metrics—track partner acquisition conversion, pop-up sign-ups, and partner-driven revenue attribution.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales / Pitch DNA: Confident communicator who articulates value quickly to a business owner, GM, or VIP client.

• Execution Machine: Detail-oriented event planner who handles logistics, load-in, day-of execution, and follow-up independently.

• Local Footprint: Deep familiarity with the West U, Houston, and/or Sugar Land local business, fitness, and lifestyle scene.

• Availability: Part-time flexibility (15–30 hours/week) with reliable transportation to cover local pop-ups, partner drop-ins, and weekend/evening events as needed.

• Must be 18 or older to apply.

Compensation & Upside

• Hourly Base: $15.00 – $18.00 / hour (commensurate with sales/outbound experience)
