Grill Cook

A DAY IN THE LIFE As a grill cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing our meats, keeping our supply of steak and chicken fresh and ready for customers, maintaining a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items, monitoring food inventory and notifying management when supplies are low, ensuring all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed. Additional duties may include assisting in the overall restaurant operation as required.
