About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and direct the financial planning and analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic insights, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to ensure financial accuracy. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to translate financial data into growth strategies, developing comprehensive financial models, and managing reporting requirements. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with leading the annual budgeting process, maintaining rolling financial models, and ensuring compliance with GAAP in the preparation of financial statements and executive presentations. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' of finance leadership experience. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and GAAP compliance is essential, as is a strong knowledge of contract-based businesses and percentage-of-completion accounting. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and effective communication skills to present financial strategies to non-financial stakeholders. The Head of Finance will also be expected to have remote work capability with occasional travel as necessary.
