Sr. Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager job coordinates and conducts business dealing with sourcing, procurement and vendor management. Working in the finance department as well as interacting with other business groups, this job works under limited supervision to oversee the financials and analyze data to manage vendor costs, compliance, sourcing and procurement.Key Responsibilities and DutiesNegotiates vendor contracts, sourcing and procurement for a variety of company departments to ensure consistency as well as satisfaction and success.Facilitates collaborative and strong relationships with vendors and sourcing companies.Manages and reviews contracts and other procurement documents using competitive sourcing strategies to deliver continuous cost performance and process improvement.Implements a standardized corporate, global-enterprise-wide mindset to secure the best vendors and sourcing partnerships.
