About the Role Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their expanding, fully remote workforce. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success and foster a high-performing culture. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your extensive HR experience in a remote-first environment, impacting key business decisions and contributing to the company's strategic goals from anywhere within the country. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and foster positive workplace dynamics. Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and adaptability. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record as an HR Business Partner. Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations. Exceptional consulting, coaching, and influencing skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
