• Annual Salary: $97,000–$105,000

Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• Experience as an MDS Coordinator or in MDS assessments.

• Strong knowledge of MDS, RAI process, and CMS regulations.

• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
