Position Overview: The BCBA will serve as a case supervisor within a center-based ABA program. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an ethical caseload and contributing to meaningful client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success Participate in ongoing training and professional development Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members
