We're building TikTok Shop into one of our biggest sales channels, and LIVE shopping is the center of that plan. We've built a dedicated LIVE studio in Los Angeles and are launching new products this fall, including Orange Soda and Sleep Hydration. We need a host who can turn a two-hour stream into a show people stay for, and a show that sells. This is not a read-the-script job. You'll be the face and voice of Cadence on TikTok several nights a week. You'll learn our products cold, run flash deals and giveaways, handle a fast comment feed, and help shape the format as we scale. Hit your numbers and your commission grows with every tier. Why this role: Competitive commission on the LIVE sales you drive A professional studio, lighting and production support — you just bring the energy Early seat on a channel that’s scaling, with room to grow into lead host or LIVE program manager Direct access to leadership; our CEO and team regularly join shows as guests Responsibilities On air Host TikTok LIVE shopping shows several times per week, energetic and on-brand from open to close Demo products on camera: mix, pour, taste, compare flavors, and explain ingredients and use cases clearly Sell with intent: pin products, call out offers, run flash sales, bundles, countdowns and LIVE-only deals Read the room: respond to comments by name, answer product questions in real time, and pivot when viewership dips Run giveaways and engagement moments (likes goals, share-to-unlock, follower milestones) within TikTok rules Co-host smoothly with guests, including Cadence leadership, athletes and creators Before the show Prep a run-of-show for every LIVE: segments, offers, product order, hooks and talking points Master product knowledge across the full lineup, including new launches and seasonal flavors Check studio setup with production: lighting, audio, product display, pricing and pinned listings Warm up the audience with short-form teaser posts before going live After the show Review LIVE analytics after every show: GMV, viewers, view duration, conversion and follower growth Turn those insights into action: test new formats, offers, hooks, product order and show times, and keep what works Own the channel's growth over time, bringing a clear point of view on what to change week to week Pull and flag the best moments from each show for short-form clips and paid ads Share audience feedback and product questions with the TikTok Shop and product teams Launches and special events Help plan and run LIVE events for new product launches Host and facilitate shows with special guests, including athletes, creators and partners Support LIVEs with our CEO and Founder: prep the run-of-show, guide the flow on air and keep the selling moments on track Compliance and brand Follow TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE community guidelines at all times Make only approved product claims; no medical, disease or unapproved health claims Disclose promotions and giveaway terms clearly, consistent with FTC guidance Represent Cadence professionally on air and on your own social channels What we're looking for Required 18 or older (TikTok's minimum age to host LIVE) 1+ year hosting LIVE shopping or on-camera selling: TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon Live, QVC/HSN, Instagram or YouTube Live Proven sales results you can show: replays, GMV or conversion screenshots, or references who can confirm them Ability to hold high energy and focus on camera for 2+ hours without a script Quick, natural improv: handles questions, dead air, trolls and technical hiccups without losing the room Flexible availability to go live during peak TikTok traffic hours, including occasional weekends and launch events Able to work on-site at our Los Angeles studio Comfortable tasting, mixing and demoing beverage products on camera Preferred Hands-on TikTok Shop experience: LIVE Manager, pinning products, flash deals, LIVE analytics Background or genuine passion for fitness, sports, endurance, wellness or nutrition An existing personal following on TikTok or Instagram (not required, but a plus) Experience co-hosting or interviewing guests on air Basic content skills: filming and editing short-form clips in CapCut or similar Bilingual English/Spanish The kind of person who thrives here Seller first, entertainer second: you know the show exists to convert Coachable and data-curious; you watch your own replays and want the numbers Reliable: you show up early, prepped, and never miss a scheduled stream Warm and genuine on camera; viewers feel like they know you Compensation You earn a guaranteed hourly base for every hour worked, including prep, plus commission and monthly bonuses tied to LIVE sales. Base pay: 20–25 per hour, based on experience. Base covers on-air time, show prep, studio setup and post-show review. Commission: Competitive commission rate on the LIVE sales you drive, with rates that increase as you hit higher sales levels. Plus monthly performance bonuses for strong results. Schedule Schedule: Flexible, on-site in Los Angeles. Hosts go live during peak TikTok traffic hours, with time before each show to prep and after to review. Launch events and special shows are scheduled in advance. What success looks like You’ll be measured on sales first, then on the audience you build and how reliably you run the show.
