Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to accurately assess mental health needs, tailoring the treatment approach based on individual evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on trauma injury patients who may be dealing with a range of psychological challenges stemming from their experiences. This includes assessing and treating individuals recovering from physical trauma who may also be grappling with mental health disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Your ability to build trust with these patients is critical to their journey toward recovery and achieving personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
