Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health conditions, life circumstances, and personal histories, tailoring your approach to each individual's needs.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each plan aligns with the client’s goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide empathetic, one-on-one psychotherapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family counseling when necessary, promoting a supportive and healing environment for clients to share and connect with each other.

• Continuously assess and monitor clients' progress, revising treatment plans as needed to effectively address changes in clients' mental health status and to optimize outcomes.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a diverse client base at various stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
