Seeking a proven General Sales Manager to join our leadership team. If you have a successful track record of driving dealership sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would like to speak with you.

General Sales Manager Qualifications

Automotive General Sales Manager experience preferred
Proven track record of increasing sales volume and profitability
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Experience managing new and used vehicle operations
Ability to drive accountability and performance throughout the sales organization
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
