Implementation Specialist

Pay: $70,000 - 90,000

Must have experience training users on software.

Posi%on Summary

Assess client business systems and effec:vely integrate applicable hardware and soJware

solu:ons, including system implementa:ons, upgrades, and/or custom development projects.

Work closely with other members of the Implementa:on and Service teams and serve as a

liaison between the customer and JFCRx throughout the implementa:on life cycle.

Primary Du%es & Responsibili%es

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze and plan installation, training and support

requirements.

• Maintain knowledge of all company products to conduce effective installations

• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical and

workflow related challenges.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem

resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.

• Manage group and individual training with customers, both remote and onsite, on hardware

and software.

• Provide feedback on common technical issues to contribute to the improvement of products

and services.

• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Health Related field or work experience in a pharmacy related field or

equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Or experience implementing software and hardware solutions in a pharmacy setting is

preferred.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Highly organized with ability to prioritize activities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams on the same project.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong computer skills, including PC set-up, and networking.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
