EDI Project Manager

Project ManagerHyve Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to project manage in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position requires a balance of technical and business know-how and the ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with Hyve's internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve Hyve's proprietary ERP system. Due to the fast-changing world of technology, and the customers that Hyve caters to, the candidate in this position must be ready to work in a high energy environment and possess latest technology proficiency.ResponsibilitiesWork with technical, process, and functional teams to convert internal and external user's EDI and ERP system requirements into system development sprints using Scrum & Waterfall methodologiesDevelop and deploy programs that leverage information from data warehouses and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholdersManage the deployment of new EDI related IT toolsOversee the design, plan, and development of client area applications and portalsCoordinate ERP development QA efforts and user sign off for assign transactions along with EDI map testingProject prioritization and objective management to meet partner required milestonesRegularly test ERP infrastructure and deliver a vulnerability assessment and work with IT resources to address gaps in the ERP infrastructureManage large-scale projects as well as multiple smaller projectsEffectively analyze and translate business needs and requirements to internal IT resourcesPrepares activity and progress reports for the team as directed by managementTracks and reports development status (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks, and issues) to appropriate managementRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience5+ years related EDI technical or project management experienceExcellent understanding of manufacturing and OTC processes, terms, and related ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI transaction setsGood understanding of EDI technology and process (connectivity, translation/mapping)Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and WaterfallTechnical expertise with Atlassian tools Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to interact and collaborate with internal and external technical teamsStrong communication and leadership skills to drive IT and EDI functional and technical resourcesExperience supporting the management of an initiative from a concept through to a concrete deliverable applying specialist technical knowledgeDemonstrated verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to change the thinking, or gain acceptance, of others in sensitive situationsDeep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelinesAdvanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft ProjectPMP and/or CSM certification preferred but not requiredExcellent presentation and communication skillsExecutive presenceSalary Range- $80,000-$110,000@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
