Assembler 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Mayville, WI

Pay Rate: $20.82/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Assemble manufactured and purchased components into subassemblies and finished products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions.

• Operate assembly equipment, rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

What’s Needed?

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.

• Experience using power tools and assembly equipment.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
