Product Manager, VP - Wealth Services

About the roleWealth Services is a strategic growth area, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape, scale, and modernize the capabilities that support our wealth clients, relationship teams, operations partners, and technology stakeholders.This role will focus on improving the end-to-end Wealth Services experience by clarifying client and business needs, reducing operational friction, strengthening service quality, and enabling teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and differentiated wealth capabilities.We view Wealth Services as a product-led business capability. Success in this role will come from understanding client, advisor, operations, and business needs deeply, validating opportunities through discovery, and ensuring delivery investments are focused on the outcomes that matter most.Working closely with Wealth business leaders, client-facing teams, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Design, and Experience Research, you will use qualitative insights, quantitative data, feedback, and operating metrics to shape product priorities and decisions.A key part of the role will be partnering with business and technology teams to establish and manage dual discovery and delivery tracks. Discovery will help teams identify the right client, commercial, operational, and control problems, test assumptions, and build confidence before delivery moves forward.This is a highly collaborative role with senior visibility across Wealth Services and Global Technology, offering the opportunity to influence how the firm delivers better outcomes for wealth clients at scale.What you’ll doDevelop a deep understanding of Wealth Services clients, business processes, operating models, service journeys, and technology capabilitiesTreat clients, advisors, relationship teams, operations partners, and internal users as customers, using research, feedback, data, and experimentation to guide product decisionsPartner with Wealth business leaders, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Experience Research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunitiesInvest time in product discovery to validate problems, test assumptions, and build confidence in business and delivery decisionsEstablish and manage dual discovery and delivery tracks with business, operations, and technology partnersDefine product strategy, roadmaps, outcomes, and success measures for Wealth Services capabilitiesPrioritize opportunities that improve client experience, operational efficiency, service quality, risk management, and commercial impactWork closely with Technology, Architecture, Security, Data, Operations, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and resilient solutionsDefine and track adoption, client satisfaction, operational performance, control effectiveness, and business outcomesCommunicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress clearly to senior business and technology stakeholdersImpact you’ll haveWealth clients and client-facing teams experience clearer, faster, and more consistent servicesOperational friction across key Wealth Services journeys is reducedProduct decisions are increasingly grounded in evidence rather than assumptionsDiscovery becomes a stronger foundation for prioritization, investment decisions, and deliveryAdoption of Wealth Services capabilities, digital tools, and self-service options increasesBusiness and operations teams spend less time navigating avoidable complexity and more time delivering value to clientsWealth Services becomes a more measurable, scalable, and differentiated contributor to the firm’s growth strategyWhat we valueSkills and attributes that will help you succeed in this role:Strong product management experience in wealth, financial services, enterprise platforms, operations, or client-service environmentsPassion for improving client experience, service quality, operational effectiveness, and business outcomesExperience working in discovery-led product environmentsStrong problem-framing, prioritization, and decision-making skillsAbility to balance client needs, business goals, operational capacity, technical constraints, and risk considerationsComfortable working with research, data, metrics, and experimentation to inform product directionExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teamsCuriosity, empathy, and a strong customer mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence rather than authorityExperience & preferred qualifications6-10+ years of Product Management experienceExperience delivering financial services, wealth management, client-service, operations, workflow, data, or enterprise software productsExperience working in Agile or modern product development environmentsExperience using customer, client, advisor, employee, or operations research to inform product decisionsExperience working in large, complex, regulated organizationsAbility to partner effectively with senior business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance leadersNice to haveExperience within wealth management, asset servicing, private markets, custody, investment operations, or another regulated financial services environmentUnderstanding of wealth client journeys, advisor or relationship manager workflows, onboarding, servicing, reporting, and operational controlsExposure to data, workflow automation, digital servicing, client portals, or operating model transformationExperience working with adoption, satisfaction, operational efficiency, service quality, risk, or control metricsFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools and their potential to improve client service, operations, insights, and decision supportWork RequirementOnsite 3 days a week in office and Two days remoteStandard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)Salary Range: $125,000 - $226,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
