Job Description We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at The White Bull, part of the Porchetta Group, located in Decatur, US. Background in Italian cuisine is preferred. Experience with farm‑to‑table sourcing, pasta preparation, and culinary menu development is necessary. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s Italian dining concept. Manage kitchen staff, train and mentor junior cooks. Maintain quality standards, food safety, and cleanliness. Assist in menu development and ingredient selection with local farmers. Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of dishes. Qualifications Minimum two years experience as a Sous Chef. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta. Proficiency with farm‑to‑table sourcing and high‑end ingredients. Leadership and team‑building skills. Positive "can‑do" attitude and willingness to learn. Location & Salary Work Location: Decatur, USA Salary based on experience; opportunity for advancement.
