Construction Laborer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Industrial Construction Sites)
Join a leading construction team supporting ironworkers and rigging crews on large-scale industrial projects. This role involves assisting with steel erection, rigging operations, material handling, and site cleanup in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
What You'll Do

• Support ironworkers and rigging crews with daily construction activities
• Assist with lift operations and spot crane loads safely
• Bolt steel components and structural connections
• Perform material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a productive work environment
• Work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Experience with general labor, hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Available to work 50+ hours per week, including some Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on structural steel projects
• Previous work with ironworkers or rigging crews
• Experience at large industrial or semiconductor construction sites

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
