Customer Service Representative

A customer service representative is needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Weston, MA corporation. Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues
Process applications for walk-in patrons
Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests
Assist in the reduction of production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.)
Contact customers for additional account information
Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In Report
Speed and accuracy are a must
Audit work for accuracy
Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
Assist in opening and closing the office as needed
