Supports the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager/Director in day-to-day service operations and collaborating with other managers in promoting the sales of food & beverage products. Responsible for ensuring quality food and service is provided to all guests and maintaining safety of the department and guests. Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience working in F&B (supervisory preferred) and working in a fast pace environment.
