Principal Scientist, Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics

Immunome seeks a Principal Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics to lead quantitative pharmacology strategy across oncology drug candidates. The role involves applying PK/PD modeling and simulation to inform dose selection and development decisions for targeted cancer therapies.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategy for preclinical and clinical assets
- Apply PK/PD and PBPK modeling to characterize drug absorption, disposition, and effect dynamics
- Conduct pharmacometric modeling and simulations to support dose optimization decisions
- Provide quantitative analysis to inform go/no-go development decisions
Requirements
- Extensive experience in oncology quantitative pharmacology and pharmacometrics
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical pharmacology strategy and drug development
- Proficiency in PK/PD, PBPK, and pharmacometric modeling and simulation
- Background in targeted oncology or antibody-drug conjugate development
- Experience informing dose selection and regulatory submissions
