Duties Assist in municipal bond and other public finance transactions. Engage in IRS audits and SEC investigations. Participate in public-private partnerships and securitizations. Support bankruptcy and work-out processes. Requirements Three to four years of relevant law firm experience. Membership in the Bar of a U.S. State. Superior client service skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Bar membership in a U.S. State. Skills Strong transactional background. Experience in public finance transactions, UCC, and securities law is a plus. Excellent writing and communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
