Restaurant Manager

Job Overview Restaurant Manager at Miller Apple, a franchisee of Applebee’s with 21 locations across Mid and Northern Michigan. Responsibilities Lead and manage the restaurant front or back of the house as part of the management team. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high quality service and guest satisfaction. Develop and mentor hourly team members to improve performance and engagement. Qualifications 2+ years of Full‑Service Restaurant Management or Fast‑Food Restaurant General Manager experience. Experience managing and developing hourly team members. Passion for service and commitment to delivering great food to guests. Benefits Bonus potential up to $25k annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks). Paid days off for 4 major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Half day work every other week (two 5‑day work weeks and two 4.5‑day work weeks each 4‑week period). Sixth‑day pay for working over a 5‑day work week (paid 1/5th of weekly salary if needed to work an extra day). Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability insurance; meals; 401(k) retirement plan.
