Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $16.98 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue: 11:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun: 08:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to property management and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential and commercial property areas, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations, with working conditions that may vary by site. Monitor access points, observe on‑site activity, and report unusual conditions to help support property rules, controlled entry, and a professional environment. Assist with incident reporting, visitor interactions, and/or routine communications related to security‑related matters while following Allied Universal standards and site expectations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
