We give you the tools to succeed, with continuous opportunities to train and advance.ADP is hiring aSenior Implementation Project Manager.In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closureCreate project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgetsDirect day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organizationEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resourcesWork collaboratively with other departments impacting project.Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the projectProvide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updatesDirect project timeliness and budgetsAssess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issuesTailor processes to meet the needs of individual projectsMake decisions based on information and input in a timely mannerWork on projects of high complexityQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:At least three years of project management experience. ADP Workforce Now (WFN) product knowledge/ experience required. Up to 20% travel activity required. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:Experience noted above, ORMilitary experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.Job RequirementsREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.Implementation experience is highly preferred.Experience with project management tools and structured methodologiesKnowledge of functional area and related company productsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activitiesExcellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skillsExpertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and VisioCommitment to being accountable for resultsCapacity for building relationships both internally and externallyHigh focus on client serviceAbility to think independently and make decisionsExcellent interpersonal skillsCollaborative approach to workCapacity to effectively lead a team of peers to adhere to the overall project timelineJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSalaried: Salaried
