Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will be an integral member of Reworld's Finance team, supporting internal management reporting and financial analysis for total company financial results, budgeting, and forecasting process, and provide analytical support across a number of functions and strategic analysis/special projects.

Location: Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid schedule 3 days in office/2 days from home)

Reports to: Manager of Overheads

Experience Required: 3+ Years Travel Percentage: As needed

Education Required: BS or BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics. MBA / CPA a plus

Education & Experience requirements:

• BS or BA degree in finance, accounting, or economics and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• MBA / CPA is a plus.

Other key skills required include:

• Very strong analytical skills, especially regarding understanding drivers of P&L and cash flow
• Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools a plus (Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or Hyperion; SmartView Adhoc reporting)
• Self-motivated, high energy, effective at working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results
• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization / management
• The ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines

It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $95,200.00 - $126,700.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
