Jr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Prepare month-end reports with variance and performance analysis.
- Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Partner with business units on performance drivers and planning needs.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
- Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong Excel skills with financial modeling experience; exposure to BI/ERP systems preferred.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
