Client Overview Vernovis is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Director of CRM & Customer Experience Platforms to provide strategic leadership over its Microsoft Dynamics platform and related customer-facing technologies. This leader will oversee the continued evolution and enterprise rollout of the CRM ecosystem while partnering closely with business and technology leadership to drive adoption, operational excellence, and measurable business value. What You'll Do Own the strategic roadmap and long-term vision for Microsoft Dynamics and related customer engagement technologies. Lead the continued deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics platform across multiple divisions. Partner with executive and business leadership to align CRM capabilities with growth objectives and customer experience strategy. Oversee implementation planning, data migration, testing, training, user readiness, and go-live support. Lead and develop internal team members while managing external consultants, implementation partners, and software vendors. Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and ongoing support of critical CRM processes. Lead training and change management efforts to drive successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Manage CRM-related budgets and report progress, risks, outcomes, and key performance indicators to executive leadership. What Experience You'll Have Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing enterprise business applications. 5+ years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM or an equivalent enterprise customer experience platform. Experience leading large-scale software implementations and enterprise transformations. Experience managing cross-functional teams, consulting partners, and third-party vendors. What Experience is Nice to Have Experience managing enterprise rollouts across multiple locations, business units, or divisions.
